Hi! I'm Jaclynn.
I'm a 41 year old mom of 4 who was diagnosed with breast cancer in January 2026. I'm finished active treatment and wanted an outlet to express and share my thoughts and feelings being in the in-between.
I'm also a special education teacher, swiftie, avid baseball fan, and seeker of new and exciting ways to be active.

I thought finishing treatment would feel like a finish line.
Like relief. Like clarity. Like I’d finally feel like myself again.
Instead, it felt like… now what?
No one really talks about this part—the in-between.
The part where you’re “fine” but not really.
Where your body has changed, your mind is still catching up, and life just… keeps going.
This space is where I’m figuring that out.
I’m sharing what it actually looks like to come back to life after cancer—
the good days, the hard days, the hormone therapy, the exhaustion, the identity shift… and the small, unexpected moments of joy.
You’ll find:
This isn’t about being inspirational.
It’s about being real.
If you’re in this phase too—or love someone who is—you’re not alone here.
We’re just… figuring out what comes next.
You can send me a message or ask me a general question using this form.
I will do my best to get back to you soon!
